Joseph Chow (JYKC) is a Hong Kong-born Canadian video editor, musician, and composer, shaped by both Asian and Western cinema and music. After pivoting from hotel management to media inspired by a Wong Kar Wai film, he returned to Hong Kong in 2005 and founded 3rd Culture Creative in 2012, producing brand campaigns and short films. Since moving to Vancouver in 2017, he has edited corporate videos and documentaries, released two EPs—Victoria and Redemption—and earned a LEO Award nomination for editing. Now based in Richmond, BC, Joseph blends visuals and sound to bring ideas and emotions to life.
